Background Presentation
Hello and thank you for visiting Findécor Painting Inc— the Real Deal in Painting!
I, Dave Beaupré, am the founder and Master Painter here at Findecor. I’ve been in painting all of my life since 1994 and intend to keep the flame going as long as my knees can bend. Now 30 years old, I can safely say I’ve spend half of my life in the painting service business and a third of my life running the company.
My 1st summer, at 14, I was in Quebec City working for my older brother Eddy who ran his own painting company (he still runs it to this day– out of St-Leonard.) After a few seasons, he decided to move to Montreal and focus on St-Lambert and I followed him and became his right wing “foreman/painter.” Thus, at 18, I was already running paint crews and teaching to apprentices.
At 19, that was it! I enrolled for life as a painter and registered my company for the 1st time. For 2 years I hustled in T.M.R.-West only. On the third year, I opened up to serve Outremont and Westmount. Eventually, I moved to the West-Island (I’m now settled in Pointe-Claire). Now I focus on more local West-Island jobs and avoid going downtown in high season. (I love the West-Island!) Yet, once in a while, I respond to the odd call to go to Ottawa, Quebec City and Alberta— wherever someone requires the Real Deal in Painting.
Focusing on quality workers, proper protocols, and unsurpassed quality have brought us here today: Ready to take on ANY paint project and deliver the goods.
Findecor Today
After years of training hundreds of painters, I’ve opted today for a smarter way of doing things. The business motto I live by is simple: Small is good! I work with no more than 4 painters on staff at any given time. This ensures that we are focused and fully accountable for our work. Obviously clients are thankful too and end up being our best marketing mediums. (Thanks again for those referrals by the way!)
We have serviced over 500 upper-scale residences and 100 commercial establishments in the last decade. Our commercial repertoire includes such prestigious clients as The Bay, the municipality of Baie d’Urfé, the SAQ, the Cara Group, the Villa Medica Readaption Hospital and the Jewish General Hospital. The bulk of our residential work has been in the areas of Westmount, TMR, Outremont and the West Island but will go anywhere people know how to appreciate a job well done!
Why we do it
These building details have to be addressed and there aren’t many good companies out there who do it right. Someone’s got to do it— but must have passion to succeed! We have passion! I could get out of painting and become a doctor like I’ve always said I’d become… But success has become a Findecor staple. Someone has got to respond to those homes who have no equivalent options. That’s why I do it. And I’d love to paint your home too!
